Shipping

I will ship all orders within 10 working days unless otherwise stated - please check the shop announcement bar for the most recent updates.

* UK orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
* US orders usually arrive within a week or two after entering the postal system.
* EU orders should arrive in 3-5 days, but usually need to go through customs. Do note that when ordering to the EU, there may be additional taxes and fees to clear, which the customer is responsible for! Make sure you know before ordering what the VAT and customs fees are in your country.

If the order value exceeds £175, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Returns

It's important to me that my customers absolutely love what they receive - I'll accept returns for any reason as long as you contact me within 14 days from receipt, and post the sculpture to my return address in its original condition. Once I receive the item, I will refund the cost minus shipping costs.

The exception is highly personalized art that can't reasonably be sold to anyone else - however, in the case of minor customizations (such as custom colors), or works that other customers otherwise might purchase, I'm happy to process a return.

Privacy policy

Your personal details will not be used for marketing or shared with any other third parties apart from those necessary for fulfilling your order (this only includes my webshop provider BigCartel, as well as postal services or delivery companies), and for complying with legal or tax obligations. The data I receive consists of your name, email address, and shipping address. 

If you pay through PayPal, your information will be protected by the PayPal privacy policy.

GPSR

The materials used are listed in product descriptions, and will be included in shipments sent to the EU. Note that my sculptures are not meant to be used as toys, and should not be handed to children!
