Green & Yellow Elephant Butterfly Sculpture

This utterly adorable elephant butterfly sculpture is made from paper mache, silk clay, glass eyes, and bits of metal wire. It has been coated with a sand effect and painted with vibrant, highly pigmented professional quality acrylics. Whether it's visiting us from an alien planet or escaped from a book of fairytales is for you to decide, but in any case it's now looking for a loving home!

All my creatures are sculpted from scratch and painted by hand in my little studio. As I never use molds, each critter is a one-of-a-kind unreplicable artwork with its own quirks and personality - I hope you find one that speaks to you in particular!
